Distance analysis using GIS
An analysis of economic linkages for commercial and smallholder farmers in the Weenen district of KwaZulu-Natal. This project was carried out for PLAAS (Institute for Poverty, Land and Agrarian Studies) and made use of spider diagrams to visualise various tiers of economic linkages.

The segments establish connections between nodes and allow for the modelling of variables such as distance travelled, travel time, and one-way restrictions. This analysis was done for Energy and Combustion Services.
